SITUATION

Global health supplement company, New Nordic, tapped Media Manager to help them grow in North America. After seeing stagnant results in the U.S. and booming opportunities in Canada, they needed a strategy to show their retail partners that they could move products off the shelves. In the U.S., they needed to stay on shelves, while in Canada, they needed to support the product velocity that retailers were demanding.

TACTICS

We moved away from print advertising and heavy digital, into national television and radio mediums they had never used before in any of the 40 countries where they operate. This was strategic move to get them more impressions at a much lower cost per thousand.

RESULTS

After nearly two years of on-air advertising, the company achieved recordbreaking sales across both the U.S. and Canada, with Canada emerging as their top market, generating nearly $20 million in sales. Since partnering with Media Manager, U.S. sales have tripled, and the market became profitable for the first time in six years in 2024. Looking ahead, the client plans to launch two new products in North America in 2025, supported by a $3 million TV campaign.
